I offer a welcoming space & personalised holistic therapy services for those seeking physical, mental , emotional or spiritual healing & transformation in their lives.

I believe that building a healthy connection between our mind body & spirit gives us the opportunity us have more fulfilled lives & better relationships with ourselves & those around us.

I am Reiki & Master Practicioner & Teacher & Seicehem Master . I am a fully Certified Essential Emotion Coach. I am also a Certified Angelic Healer & Crystal Therapist and I integrate these into my Reiki Practice & Teaching.

Essential Emotion coaching is a specialized form of coaching using essential oils . This process involves helping clients to identify & remove emotional blockages that are affecting mental physical & emotional health & well-being. Often at the root of repeated negative patterns lie truths that we are completely unaware of. By exploring the root causes of emotional disturbances , individuals can develop insight & coping strategies to navigate life's challenges more effectively. As a certified therapist I work with you to enhance self-awareness and build a plan to move forward free from blockages and achieve the life you want. Through Essential Emotion Coaching clients can develop a deeper connection with themselves & others , leading to more meaningful & fulfilling lives .

In addition to the hour long 1:1 session you will be given a treatment plan to continue at home with essential oils , a personalised plan & ongoing support.

Crystal Healing Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive alternative that uses natural crystals and gemstones to promote relaxation, balance and vitality. This ancient form of medicine is based on the human body being made up of energy , also known as chi or life force, When this energy becomes stagnant due to stress, poor lifestyle , negative thinking or illness it can create blockages in the body that can manifest into mental , physical and emotional symptoms.

By placing specific energy healing crystals on strategic points of the body, the crystals may assist to remove those blockages and support the body's natural ability to heal. They may promote and amplify the flow of good energy while absorbing or transforming negative energy.

During a session many people feel relaxed and notice sensations of tingling, buzzing or warmth. It's also common to feel emotional , laugh cry or yawn as energy is released- this is an energy detox that indicates the release of energetic blockages.

After our consultation I will carefully select crystals that match your personal goals for the session. This therapy can be a standalone treatment or as a complement to other therapies.
